Experience isn’t always necessary. We have routes for beginners, as well as tours designed exclusively for experienced participants. We specify the difficulty level in advance and discuss this when you book your tour.
Most of our tours are designed for an average level of fitness and do not require any special skills. The main thing is that you have no medical conditions preventing you from undertaking long walks and that you have the general stamina required for trekking across rough terrain.

Yes, where necessary, technical equipment is included in the tour price. For via ferrata, we provide helmets, harnesses, neoprene suits and belay equipment on site. If you’re joining us for a river trip, we’ll have rafts, kayaks and canoes ready for you.
Our guides have basic first-aid training and carry a first-aid kit. In emergencies, we contact local services immediately.
For outdoor tours, hiking boots with good tread are highly recommended. The weather in the Balkan Mountains is changeable, so even in summer it is worth bringing a raincoat and warm clothes for the evening. For high-difficulty active tours (rock climbing, canyoning, etc.), the clothing requirements are very strict.
